How To Report For Late Parcel?

Step 1: Log in to your account, click on “All Shipments” and “Successfully Delivered” tab to report for any shipments that arrived late.

Step 2: Click on the arrow icon for drop-down details.

Step 3: Click the exclamation mark icon to report.

Step 4: Click “OK” to confirm report.

Step 5: You have successfully reported to us. We will chase it up with the courier company.

How to report for missed pick up parcel?

Step 1: Log in to your account, click on “All Shipments” and “Pending for Collection” tab to report for any shipment that hasn’t been collection after 8pm.

Step 2: Click on the arrow icon for the drop-down details.

Step 3: Click on the exclamation mark icon to report.

Step 4: Click “OK” to confirm.

Step 5: The missed pick up has been reported and we will rearrange for another pick up on the next working day.
